		<description>Reading this has just reminded me how much I love sardines -I haven&#039;t eaten them for ages, probably because my kids won&#039;t eat them. But I love them on toast and they are really filling.Quite nice with a salad too. Must try to remember to get some when I go shopping on Monday.</description>
